Our company develops the Compliance Manual and various compliance policies and systems, indicating the direction of compliance for our future in terms of human rights protection and talent development, business ethics, data security, and environmental protection.

Our Company’s Compliance Governance

As the compliance governance decision-making layer, the company’s Business Ethics Committee leads the implementation and supervision of the Compliance Manual. Any violation will be investigated by the professional team composed of the legal department and the internal control department after the authorization of the Business Ethics Committee.
